Kelly Brackley, Partner and US Attorney
Kelly Brackley is a US Immigration Attorney, licensed in New York State and based in the United Kingdom. She was born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, studied UK law in Nottingham and then moved to the US in 2008. Kelly lived in Chicago working and volunteering in US immigration law. As a prior immigrant to the US, she understands the process as both an attorney and the client.
Kelly's US immigration experience is diverse; she has experience representing both individuals and businesses, in matters ranging from family-based immigration, to business and investment. Kelly has particular experience representing students and academics, individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement, as well as individuals that require a waiver of inadmissibility.
Kelly is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), AILA EMEA Rome District Chapter, sitting as Chair of the RDC EMEA Member Relations Committee, and American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL).
Mackie B. Adoniadis, Partner and US Attorney
Mackie is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. She lives in Blackheath, London, with her husband and enjoys traveling and watching college basketball.
Mackie fell in love with the field of immigration while an Extern at the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Memphis, Tennessee. She has experience in business, investor and family US immigration matters. Mackie has a passion for helping people live out their dreams of a move to the U.S. Prior to joining B & A Immigration, she worked for a boutique US immigration firm in London.
Mackie holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from University College London, a JD from The University of Mississippi School of Law, and a BA in History and Romance Languages from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), AILA EMEA Rome District Chapter, the AILA EMEA RDC Practice Management Committee (2014-2016), the AILA EMEA RDC Newsletter and Media Relations Committee (2015-2017), and American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL).
