Kelly Brackley, Partner and US Attorney

Kelly Brackley is a US Immigration Attorney, licensed in New York State and based in the United Kingdom. She was born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, studied UK law in Nottingham and then moved to the US in 2008. Kelly lived in Chicago working and volunteering in US immigration law. As a prior immigrant to the US, she understands the process as both an attorney and the client. 

Kelly's US immigration experience is diverse; she has experience representing both individuals and businesses, in matters ranging from family-based immigration, to business and investment.  Kelly has particular experience representing students and academics, individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement, as well as individuals that require a waiver of inadmissibility. 

Kelly is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), AILA EMEA Rome District Chapter, sitting as Chair of the RDC EMEA Member Relations Committee, and American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL).
